Compressor and Pump Repairs

DISCO has been working on screw compressors since 1992. Given our long experience with rotary vane compressor and centrifugal pump repairs, screw compressors were a natural fit for DISCO. We can replace or recondition a part — or build a complete compressor package to your specifications.

We stock a variety of parts for industry-leading brands including Frick, Sullair, Atlas-Copco, Gardner-Denver, LeRoi, and Howden. Turnaround time on repairs is generally a week.

We can make pistons from castings or solid stock, and we also manufacture and recondition piston rods. We can machine parts up to 80 inches in diameter on our vertical turret lathe, or up to 96 inches in diameter using our horizontal boring mill. When we repair a valve, we reface, lap, weld when necessary, and replace springs, plates, and buttons. All valves are tested and packaged. We label every part for your immediate use or backup inventory.

DISCO offers complete compressor cylinder rebuilding. Send us a cylinder, assembled or disassembled. We will repair or replace any broken parts, reline or metal spray the cylinder bore, and reassemble and test the cylinder. We take pride in delivering a cylinder to you that’s rebuilt to OEM specifications or your unique requirements — and ready for installation.
