in 1968. We rebuild equipment and manufacture replacement parts for many types

| SERVICES |

Service is our business and we provide it in many ways. We
can machine parts up to 80 inches in diameter on our vertical turret
lathe, or up to 96 inches in our horizontal boring mill.
Our CNC equipment gives us the ability to handle orders of one part or a
large production run of thousands of parts.
We also manufacture starter ring gears up to 78 inches in diameter. |

- Compressor Pistons -
Disco rebuilds and manufactures pistons to
standard specifications or to your special needs. Pistons can be made from
castings or solid stock.

- Piston Rods -
We manufacture and recondition piston rods. Both can be coated with
tungsten carbide using the HVOF process for excellent wear.
|
- Compressor Cylinders -
We offer excellent turnaround time for complete cylinder repairs. Disco can
repair cylinder bores using 30 years experience in metal spray procedures.
We also reline cylinders.

- Screw Compressors -
Disco manufactures complete screw compressor packages designed for
your particular requirements in your choice of gas or
electric drive. We also repair compressors... If necessary, we pick
up your compressor in the field, take it into our
shop, rebuild it to O.E.M. specifications, return it
to the location and install.

- Tungsten Coatings -
Tungsten carbide can be applied to piston rods, crosshead wrist pins,
pump plungers and more.

- Mechanical Repairs -
The trained technicians at Disco rebuild:
- Rotary screw and rotary vane type compressors
- Air Compressors
- Centrifugal and reciprocating pumps
- Air Starters
- Hydraulic pumps and motors
